The HealthApp patient portal is now live!
From today, 8 June the new patient portal and HealthApp is available to patients of Aemstelwijck GP practice.
We are pleased to announce that the HealthApp is live! With this new application, you can quickly and easily access your healthcare information and communicate with your healthcare provider.
Installing the app:
Note: This is only possible if you have a NL health insurance in combination with a BSN!
- Go to the website: https://portal.healthapp.nl/login
- Log in with your DigiD for secure access.
- Create your account.
You can also click on the HealthApp tile directly on our website, which will take you to the registration screen.
You can already use these features now:
- View appointments.
- Making appointments with GP or other healthcare provider (POH-GGZ and POH-S).
- Contacts overview visible from 1 July 2020.
- Send messages/e-consultation to the practice (without attachment) and from the healthcare provider to you.
These features are coming soon:
- Annexes send to and from practice.
- Requesting repeat prescriptions via app.
- Viewing measured values such as blood pressure or other measurements.
- File entry for a complete overview of your medical records.
Game rules:
- Only make an online appointment with your own healthcare provider
- You can only make an appointment for a short consultation (15 minutes).
- Before making an appointment, we ask that you use the ‘Do I have to go to the doctor?’ website. This can be done safely. If in doubt, also check homearts.nl.
- To help you as best we can, we make sure your appointment is with the right healthcare provider. If necessary, we will adjust your made appointment and record this in your file (visible in the contacts overview).
- If your question can also be addressed in another way, such as by e-mail or telephone, we will contact you.
