Make an appointment.
You can make an appointment with the GP or doctor's assistant in two ways, either through the patient portal or by phone. First check the information on Home doctor.co.uk or use the tool Should I go to the doctor? before making an appointment.
Book an appointment online via HealthApp
You can easily book an appointment via our patient portal at a time that suits you, without having to wait on the phone. To do so, go to https://portal.healthapp.nl/login and log in using your DigiD. You can then book an appointment yourself via the online calendar. Please describe your complaint in as much detail as possible so that we can help you as effectively as possible.
- Please only book an appointment with your own healthcare provider. We will check that your appointment is with the correct healthcare provider. If necessary, we will adjust the appointment. This will be reflected in your medical records.
- You can book a 15-minute consultation online.
- Can your enquiry be dealt with over the phone, via an online consultation or by email? If so, we will get in touch with you.
Make an appointment by phone or ask the assistant a question
You can make an appointment by calling the practice at 020 – 496 36 00. This can be done from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 15:00, excluding breaks from 10:15 - 10:45 and 11:30 - 13:00.
The assistant will ask about the reason for your contact. This is so that we can best estimate the nature and urgency of your complaints. If you think you need more time or if you are coming with several people, please inform the doctor's assistant when making an appointment. This way, sufficient time can be scheduled.
In case of emergency: the practice is available by phone all day for urgent cases. Dial 1 in the drop-down menu.
Please note that urgent or short-term appointments cannot be made at the front desk
In connection with the AVG legislation we can at the counter not carry out substantive triage and therefore no short-term appointments schedule. We cannot judge at the counter how urgent your complaint is. If you have a complaint where you needs an appointment quickly? If so, always contact us by phone. The assistant will then ask you some questions to assess the urgency and, if necessary, can schedule an appropriate appointment for you. Thank you for your understanding.
