You can make your complaint in writing. You can use our complaint form for this purpose. As soon as we receive the completed form, we will work on your complaint. It is also possible to discuss and resolve the problem in a personal conversation with your doctor. In many cases, such a conversation can be very enlightening for both parties and the doctor and his organisation can learn from your feedback. When making an appointment with the assistant, indicate that you would like to discuss a complaint with your doctor and that you would like to set aside some more time for this. This will often resolve your complaint in a way that is satisfactory to you. If this fails, your doctor will put you in touch with the DOKh's complaints officer.
