You can make an appointment with the GP or doctor's assistant in two ways, either through the patient portal or by phone. First check the information on Home doctor.co.uk or use the tool Should I go to the doctor? before making an appointment.
Via our patient portal MyHealth.net or the app Medgemak - downloadable on your mobile phone - you can make your own appointment at any time. These are non-urgent complaints. For urgent complaints, always call the practice.
You can make an appointment by calling the practice at 020 – 496 36 00. This can between 08:00 and 11:30 and between 13:00 and 15:00.
The assistant will ask about the reason for your contact. This is so that we can best estimate the nature and urgency of your complaints. If you think you need more time or if you are coming with several people, please inform the doctor's assistant when making an appointment. This way, sufficient time can be scheduled.
In case of emergency: the practice is available by phone all day for urgent cases. Dial 1 in the drop-down menu.
